The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) is actively engaged with youth through its different ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) initiatives. Considering youth as catalysts for effective implementation of sustainability agenda, a first step is to instill in them awareness about environment issues in a way to trigger concern to transcend a path of sustainability. An initiative in this direction is GO4Youth- India ’ s premier examination on environment and sustainable development for students pursuing graduate and post graduate courses from institutions of higher learning.

‘GO4Youth’ is an online examination which is held under the aegis of GREEN Olympiad. It comprises of multiple choice questions to evaluate knowledge, aptitude and attitude of students towards environment issues. Second in the series, the programme has taken a shape of a global initiative, with partnership of United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth (SDSN Youth) and endorsement of POP Movement.

GO4Youth 2021 invites applications from youth across the world to participate in this online examination. For more information and registration, kindly log on to the project website - www.teriin.org/olympiad Certificates will be awarded to all participants as per their merit, along with opportunities to participate in national and international events organized by TERI.
