SMART4FOOD: Implementacija i Prominencija Pametnih Tehnologija Bezbjednosti Hrane u Crnoj Gori

Fakultet za prehrambenu tehnologiju, bezbjednost hrane i ekologiju koordinator je nacionalnog naučnoistraživačkog projekta Smart4Food: Implementacija i Prominencija Pametnih Tehnologija Bezbjednosti Hrane u Crnoj Gori!

Sveobuhvatni cilj Smart4Food-a je jačanje i podsticanje naučne izvrsnosti u oblasti bezbjednosti hrane i prominencije podataka, te jačanje inovacionionog potencijala i razvoj kapaciteta u Crnoj Gori, odnosno na Fakultetu za prehrambenu tehnologiju, bezbjednost hrane i ekologiju (FPTBHE) i Biotehničkom fakultetu (BTF), posebno kroz proširenje i jačanje mreže saradnje i transfera znanja, omogućavajući čvršću povezanost sa prehrambenom industrijom kroz međusektorsku saradnju.

Projekat će unaprijediti istraživački profil mladih istraživača, kroz prihvatanje novih istraživačkih metoda i inovativnih pristupa, i izgradnju temelja za izvrsnost u menadžmentu istraživanja i vještinama. Ovo će biti dodatno unaprijeđeno kroz saradnju i podršku vodećeg partnera EU iz Austrije - Agencije za zdravlje i bezbjednost hrane Austrije (AGES).

Projekat je dobio sufinansiranje od Ministarstva prosvjete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Crne Gore u okviru konkursa za sufinansiranje nacionalnih naučnoistraživačkih projekata, čime se potvrđuje njegov značaj i doprinos naučnoj zajednici.

 

SMART4FOOD: Implementation and Prominence of Smart Food Safety Technologies in Montenegro

 

The Faculty for Food Technology, Food Safety, and Ecology is the coordinator of the national scientific research project Smart4Food: Implementation and Prominence of Smart Food Safety Technologies in Montenegro!

 

The comprehensive goal of Smart4Food is to strengthen and encourage scientific excellence in the field of food safety and data prominence, as well as to enhance the innovation potential and capacity development in Montenegro, specifically at the Faculty of Food Technology, Food Safety and Ecology (FFTFSE) and the Biotechnical Faculty (BTF), particularly through the expansion and strengthening of the cooperation and knowledge transfer network, enabling a firmer connection with the food industry through intersectoral cooperation.

 

The project will enhance the research profile of young researchers, through the adoption of new research methods and innovative approaches, and building a foundation for excellence in research management and skills. This will be further improved through cooperation and support from the leading EU partner from Austria - the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES).

 

The project has received co-financing from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of Montenegro as part of the competition for co-financing national scientific research projects, thereby affirming its significance and contribution to the scientific community.
