Responsibilities: Control and guidance of all stages in grape processing and wine production; Delegation of jobs and tasks for proper and regular cellar functioning; Participation in improvement of grape processing and winemaking in order to reduce costs and increase production efficiency; Creation and implementation of preventive and corrective measures; Control of physical-chemical parameters in the production phases; Participation in the new products creation, setting up trials, keeping records and writing reports; Professional and orderly monitoring, study and application of all legal and by-laws in the field of wine and spirits production technology; Participation in the consistent production and implementation of quality management standard documentation (ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001, ISO 22 000 and HACCP) for the wine and spirits production.

Responsibilities: Work on development of new analytical methods; Participation in creation of new research ideas and product creation, as well as the use of various techniques and equipment in research and analysis. Data analysis and interpretation. Accurate and precise recording of obtained data in accordance with methods and rules. Active participation in all scientific research projects implemented in the Development Sector, organization and implementation of chemical analyses, continuous reporting and presentation of the results obtained and analysis of their application. Consistent application of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001, ISO 22 000 and HACCP in the wine and spirits branch of the Development Sector. Monitoring of scientific, professional and technological achievements in the wine and spirits production; Education through participation in professional trainings, seminars, tastings, etc..

Responsibilities: Participation in the preparation and writing of development projects in the field of wine and spirits production, as well as in the planning and setting of experiments, organization and implementation of project tasks in the field of wine and spirits production; Work in planning and organizing production and care of wine and spirits; Monitoring the quality and efficiency of performing technological operations and design tasks in the experimental microvinification cellar; Collection and technical processing of the results obtained and archiving of technical documentation; Consistent application of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001, ISO 22 000 and HACCP in the wine and spirits sector of the Development Sector; Monitoring of scientific, professional and technological achievements in the wine and spirits production; Education through participation in professional trainings, seminars, tastings, etc.

Completed research and defended a doctoral dissertation entitled "Impact of microbiological and technological parameters on the volatile phenols content in Montenegrin red wines".

Passed exams within the interdisciplinary doctoral studies program with an average grade of 9.23. Passed exams cover the areas of: food quality and safety; application of sensory and instrumental methods; modern food technology; selected chapters of winemaking and viticulture; antioxidants and methodologies for their determination; yeast microbiology and biotechnology; application of physical-biochemical methods; processes and technologies in food production.The acquired skills relate to the analysis and interpretation of obtained data, writing and preparation in the process of publishing scientific papers, presenting and disseminating these at scientific meetings, preparing experiments...
